The first session is always free!

  • Individual training sessions are $50/hour
  • Sign up for a 5 session package, pay only $225 (save $25)
  • Sign up for a 10 session package, pay only $425 (save $75)


At N.E.W You we aren't interested in keeping your money if you aren't happy. We will refund any unused sessions left on a package at the discounted rate (5 session package - $45 per unused session, 10 session package - $42.50 per unused session).


I highly recommend Brad of N.E.W. You Systems for his amazing abilities as a personal trainer. Before training with Brad, I rarely worked out and a good portion of my time was spent working at my desk, crunched behind a computer. When I did workout I was without awareness of where exactly my limits were or how I could push myself. I would either come out of a workout not feeling like I did enough or I would completely overdo it. Working out was frustrating but I knew I needed to do something.
